Tara is a special little girl that needs a family or person that has dealt with shy, timid cats and is willing to go the extra mile to help her learn to trust. When potential adopters come to the Adoption Center, she is very shy at first. So she's had a hard time finding a forever home. She is scared around new people and we think in her own environment she could be a loving kitty.
