Age: 7 Years 10 Months | Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat) | Sex: Female | Size: Large | Coat: Medium Hi there, my name is Pocus!  I am an almost 8 year old female Heeler-German Shepherd mix.  I weigh about 65 pounds.  Although I am a big girl, I am very gentle.     I have a super sweet disposition and bond quickly to my person.  I do best with a regular, predictable routine in the home.   There are so many good things about me! I walk well on a leash love other dogs get along well with cats am good with kids, school-age and older like meeting new people  am kennel trained and house trained   Things that I love are: going on neighborhood leash walks going on hikes: I will stick right on your heels going to daycare to play with other dogs   My ideal forever home would be one where I have a backyard to hang out in when I’m not snoozing on the couch indoors.  I am a bit of a picky eater (I nibble), so if there are other dogs in the house, I need to eat in my kennel.  I sleep through the night in my kennel.  I have a bit of separation anxiety when you are not home.  I won’t chew or dig anything up, I’ll just sing a song until you get back.  So in that case, no apartments for me.   My absolute favorite thing after going for a walk is to snuggle on the couch, preferably with you at my side.     I am very proud to say that I have earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen obedience certification.   If you are interested in meeting me, please fill out an application for adoption and my foster mom will get in touch with you:   https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication
